Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Orders are processed after payment is successfully received.
- During peak seasons, promotions, or product launches, processing times may be slightly extended—but we promise it’s worth the wait.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Domestic & International Shipping

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to update.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
- Witty & Worthy Clothing is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- Returned packages due to address issues may require an additional shipping fee for reshipment.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
- Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
- If your package shows as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly.
- For shipping delays, we recommend allowing a few extra days before reaching out—carriers can have hiccups too.
